As a Ukraine woman, I’d like to share my take on vision, everyday life as well as dating and relationships with you so that you can have a better understanding of ladies from Ukraine.
My take on success and personal growth:
If you make no’s habitual, you have more space for yes’s and the right opportunities. Just say no to things that you don’t want to do today!
Three things that are hidden trauma responses: 1) perfectionism; 2) overwork; 3) never saying no.
When you follow your flow, you experience unbelievable ease at work as well as tremendous creativity.
Other people’s opinions and expectations of you have nothing to do with who you really are.
If you want to dream big and fly, you have to let go of things that weigh you down and keep you small.
What do you feel like doing today? Find a way to honor that right now.
Pay yourself first with your money, time and energy. Have as much rest as you need because rest is actually a growth strategy.
Forcing things drains your life force. You need to allow good things to unfold in front of you.
Dating advice: Lack of boundaries is a form of self-sabotage and avoidance – not having boundaries allows you to think about something other than what you actually need.
When you invest your time, you get results. But when you spend your time, you don’t get your time back. Time is your most valuable asset in life.
Your friends should want to see you succeed. Your friends should clap loudly when you win. If not, you need new friends, real friends.
Without personal development, the revenue peak won’t be sustainable. What are you investing in your personal development this year?
My take on Law of Attraction:
Trust the universe. What is yours will always find you eventually. It’s only a matter of when and how.
Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what energizes you and do that. The world needs people who are energetic and empowered.
Many people are talking about work/life balance, but I focus less on balance and more on boundaries.
Don’t be available for people and things that make you feel bad. You are entitled to feel good. You have to feel good before good things happen in your life.
The grass isn’t always greener on the other side. The grass is definitely greener where you water it. So, what are you doing to water your grass today?
The time to build connection with other people is not when you need something. You have to dig the well before you are thirsty.
The feedback you give actually says more about you than the feedback you receive. You can choose to listen to what matters more.
Focus is the fuel of creation. Instead of keeping a to-do list, you may have a schedule which prioritizes focus.
Your network is your net worth. Your high-value network has to be transformational, not transactional.
The most important principle of time management is to stop counting hours and focus on results. This will transform the way you look at productivity.
Three questions to ask yourself when deciding what to do: 1) Do I love doing this? 2) Is this something that I’m very good at? 3) Will this make me money?
Your daily routine becomes your life. You can’t change your life without changing something that you do daily. The secret of success is discovered in the right daily routine.
No amount of regret can change the past. No amount of worry can change the future. Be present. Look at what you can control right now. And make peace with the rest.
