According to Eastern European women, everyone’s creative dreams need fuel. What’s fueling your progress right now?

  • Work Ethic VS Luck

You can work twice as hard as your competitors, but you can’t work ten times harder than them. Therefore, you have to work smart by improving your luck. In many ways, your luck is determined by your social circle, including who you know and who knows you.

Who knows you is more important than who you know because if you know the President of the United States, it doesn’t mean you can ask the President to give you a perfect job, but if the President of the United States knows you and there is a perfect job opportunity that he can offer, he might think about you.

  • Mindset VS Knowledge and Skills

Your mindset is the root of a tree. Your knowledge and skills are the branches of this tree. The root of the tree gives all branches the nutrition they need and influences the health and the stability of all branches. Obviously, you can only make the most of your knowledge and skills when you have the right mindset.

In uncertain times, it’s very important to cultivate unfazeable stillness. Unfazeable stillness means you can mange your inner voice in difficult situations.

You can’t choose every situation you find yourself in, but you can definitely choose your perception of them and your response to them.

If you can’t control something, just accept it and work with it!

  • Communication styles

There are three types of communication styles: 1) the aggressive style; 2) the assertive style; 3) the submissive style. The right communication style is the assertive style because it helps you communicate with people cleanly and clearly.

External confidence is actually very important, partly because external confidence influences internal confidence by changing how you feel, and partly because in many situations, the first impression is also the last impression – the unpleasant truth is in life, most interpersonal relationships are superficial relationships – is everyone really close to their boss / co-workers / neighbors, etc.?

When you start a business, the most important strategy is “stealing and building”. Let me show you a real example: Colgate is a well-known toothpaste brand. Do you know how Colgate became so popular so quickly? In fact, Colgate copied Crest’s ads and packaging. But Colgate totally got away with it as what they did is stealing and building which means when you want to start something new, you simply look at a successful competitor or role model and analyze what has already worked for them so you can easily steal the way they operate and build something new quickly.

Don’t envy your competitor; don’t be jealous. Just learn from a successful competitor’s strategies because they have already invested a lot of time and money in order to figure out the right strategies.

A confident person derives confidence from various areas of their life. That’s why when they are made redundant by their employer, they are able to derive confidence from other areas of life – their entire identity isn’t their job title.

Lifestyle confidence comes from your career, your hobbies, your social circle, and so on. Which areas in your life are contributing to your lifestyle confidence? Which areas do you need to work on now? You can draw a matrix and each box in the matrix represents one area of your life (work, hobbies, friends, etc.) Then you’ll see which area needs more attention.

When you are enjoying your hobby, you are spending quality time with yourself because your hobby represents who you really are – you are not doing it just to get paid; you are not doing it in order to impress anyone; you are doing it just because you like it unconditionally – you can’t even explain why you like it.

Scientists have discovered that when you are enjoying your hobby, your body produces nitric oxide naturally. Nitric oxide is the fountain of youth, as it is a feel-good chemical that improves your health and wellbeing, thereby helping your body to rejuvenate properly. That is the tremendous power of an enjoyable hobby.

“Eastern European women believe that everyone should pursue their creative dreams. We hope all your dreams will come true.”
