“In May of this year (2012) I decided to make a tour of 2 Ukrainian cities.
I took care of the plane tickets to/from Kiev which is the major hub for all international flights which, with a few exceptions, land there. My trip involved another Ukrainian city but, as I said, most of the international flights land in Kiev.
Nataly met me at the airport after I landed together with a nice driver who also could speak english. Nataly had made the Kiev hotel reservations and also had taken care of all my transfers from the hotel to the airport including the internal flights within Ukraine. She also took me to an interesting walking tour of Kiev showing me areas off the beaten path which otherwise I never would have found. She is also very valuable from the human viewpoint because she cares about her customers and in fact took immediate action to help fix some minor glitches during my Ukrainian experience.
She showed up with extreme punctuality and was a major help in rendering my Ukrainian experience enjoyable. A great asset for everyone interested in visiting Kiev, having an interpreter handy or in the organization of trips within Ukraine.” – Sergio
