“My Slavic lady makes me re-think everything I know about my life and my script.”
Before meeting Vicky, a beautiful Slavic woman, Shawn was slightly depressed due to his first marriage.
When Shawn was 23 years old, he was dating a western woman who got pregnant quickly, so Shawn married her within a few months. But their relationship didn’t have a strong foundation. That’s why they got a divorce seven years later.
When someone is going through a difficult time, they are more likely to consult with astrologers and fortune tellers, and Shawn was no exception. The astrologer told him that “Saturn return happens when an individual is about 29 years of age, and that’s exactly when someone makes big or difficult decisions in life.”
Shawn got a divorce that year.
Shawn was understandably depressed for a while. One year later, his best friend married a Slavic woman with the help of an international marriage agency, and to this day they are very happily married. This inspired Shawn to hire an international marriage agency as well.
“I think I had enough of the western mainstream dating scene.” says Shawn, “The women I had met back home were more interested in drinking and partying. My ex-wife, for example, was focused solely on her career throughout that marriage and we didn’t have much time together. I was lonely a lot.”
Dating a Slavic woman changed everything!
Then when Shawn discovered the beauty of dating Slavic women, he joined an international dating site immediately. Within one month, he met Vicky, a beautiful and lovely Slavic lady.
Ten months later, Shawn and Vicky got married. At that time, Shawn felt like a different person immediately. “When I was depressed, Vicky literally asked me, ‘Is this the script that you want to follow in the future?’ – I began to rethink my life and my reality,” says Shawn, “I was asking myself, ‘Who do I really want to be?’ and then I decided to become that person.”
“After the wedding, my Slavic lady and I have set up the criteria for living a perfect day every day.”
Vicky is a wise, intelligent and capable Slavic woman. According to her philosophy, life is short, so it’s important to make every day count.
“When I was young, I saw the famous movie Titanic in which Jack’s message is all about ‘life is short, so we should make every day count’ and that message deeply resonates with me,” says Vicky, “No wonder that movie touched everybody in the world. The average person only has about 30,000 days in their lifetime, so every day is a special day.”
Obviously, Vicky’s philosophy has deeply influenced Shawn’s life. Now this couple has set up their own criteria for living a perfect day every single day. Their criteria are:
- Five good hours of work per day. Shawn and Vicky work from home as they run an online business.
- One good hour of meaningful interaction with each other per day (they do this after dinner every evening);
- Thirty minutes of physical exercise in the morning per day;
- One good hour of learning time per day (they both enjoy reading and they want to learn something new each day).
After doing these daily rituals for a few months, Shawn’s outlook on life improved considerably! Now he is a very happy, healthy and optimistic man.
